Metric: Accuracy (%; overall over all 12,000 questions: 500 per answer class on 1-second and on 10-second clips and 200 per class on 1-minute clips; zero-shot five-option multiple choice (one visible police-civilian action, three actions absent from the clip and None of the above; chance 20%) on minimally edited COPA and Pasadena police body-worn camera clips; images at 1 fps (at least 8 frames) for image VLMs, author-recommended sampling for video VLMs, one shared prompt).
