These terms cover theaggregate.ai: its pages, data files, API and MCP server. The Aggregate is an independent project with no affiliation to any AI lab, run by Mikhail Doroshenko. By using it you accept these terms. Questions: mikhail@mikhaildoroshenko.com; help with problems is on the support page.
Free use, within limits
The rankings, data files and MCP server are free and need no account. Programs and AI assistants that query the data should use the MCP server, within its per-IP rate limit. The raw data files are rate-limited per IP as well, and requests from known AI and search crawlers are refused them; those crawlers can read the site's pages instead. Do not try to get around these limits or other access controls, and do not send traffic that slows the site down for others.
What the numbers are
Rankings and Aggregate Ratings are statistical estimates fitted from benchmark results that other parties publish. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and they change as sources update and the daily build reruns. Costs and prices are estimates: check the provider's own pricing. Nothing on the site is professional advice. Before you rely on a number for an important decision, check it against the source each result links.
Credit and reuse
You may quote, chart and discuss the site's numbers. When you publish them, credit The Aggregate (theaggregate.ai). Per-benchmark scores also belong to the upstream leaderboards that each result links: credit those too, and follow their terms for their data. Republishing the data files or the site's content in bulk needs written permission. Model names and trademarks belong to their owners; showing them here implies no endorsement or affiliation.
Accounts
Signing in with Google or GitHub is optional. It keeps your Builder presets and gives a daily allowance of Task Explorer analyses. An account used to abuse the site can be suspended. You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time; see Privacy.
What you send
Issue reports, benchmark suggestions, Task Explorer tasks and share links must not contain anything unlawful, other people's personal data or information you have no right to share. A share link is public to anyone who has it. Task Explorer sends your task to OpenRouter and a Google Gemini model; with your own OpenRouter key, OpenRouter's terms and charges apply to your requests. Reports and suggestions may be used to answer you and to fix and improve the site.
Other sites
The site links to benchmark leaderboards, model providers and other sites it does not control. Their own terms apply there.
Changes
Pages, data files and MCP tools can change, pause or stop at any time. When these terms change, the date at the top changes, and using the site afterwards means you accept the new version.
Liability
The site is provided free and as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Its operator is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its data, except where the law does not allow that liability to be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
